Ticket Policy

VIRGINIA STAGE COMPANY (VSC) TICKET POLICIES

All ticket sales are final.  Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and exchange fees. Any difference in ticket price as a result of any exchange is non-refundable. Group, discounted, and complimentary tickets are not exchangeable. No refunds or compensation for missed performances.

Group tickets can be purchased for a party of 10 or more. There are no refunds for group tickets. Group sales payments must be made in full by a single payment method at least 48 hours before the desired performance — we do not accept individual payments for group sales.

Latecomers are seated at the discretion of theatre management. Productions and performance dates and times are subject to change. VSC maintains a policy of not canceling performances due to inclement weather. Photography or recording of any kind during a production is strictly prohibited by law.

Ticket holder grants VSC (and its designers and agents) to utilize the holder’s image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or content for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.

Children under two years old, who can and will remain in laps for the full performance, are admitted without a ticket - however, we warn that our performances can be very loud and are often difficult for young children.
