Meet The Ensemble

VSC's Emerging Artists Ensemble 2011-2012

BRYAN AUSTIN Bryan is thrilled to be a part of the 2011-2012 VSC Ensemble. Bryan recently
received his BA in Acting from Christopher Newport University. Credits at CNU include Seymour
in Little Shop of Horrors, Oscar in Sweet Charity and Antonio in The Tempest: Deconstructed.
Regional credits include Borachio in Much Ado About Nothing, and Oliver in As You Like It with

Virginia Shakespeare Festival; Grumio/Biondello/Vincentio in Taming of the Shrew (National
Endowment for the Arts Touring Ensemble) and Orlando in As You Like It with Kentucky
Shakespeare. Bryan would like to thank his parents for their endless support, and for taking him
to see Christmas Carol at Virginia Stage Co. all those years ago.
JAMES MASCIOVECCHIO is beyond excited to be joining the VSC Ensemble this year. James is a
recent graduate of Point Park University's Conservatory of Performing Arts in Pittsburgh, PA. Credits
include Leo Davis in Room Service, Street Cleaner in Camino Real. Recently James was seen in the
Off-Off-Broadway interactive murder mystery The Ryan Case: 1873. I would like to thank my Family
for supporting me, and Kevin R. Free for helping me get my foot in the door.

CAITLIN MCWETHY A native from Virginia Beach, VA, Caitlin is excited to be joining the Ensemble
here at VSC. She received her BA in Theatre from Drew University. Professionally, she has been seen
in Georgia Shakespeare’s productions of Love’s Labour’s Lost, King Lear, Shrew: The Musical,
Romeo and Juliet,
and The Legend of the Sword and the Stone. Also involved in educational theatre,

she has been seen in I Am My Own Wife at Northwestern University, Talking With… with Drew University
Dramatic Society, and Urinetown at the Independent Theatre Group.

EVETTE MARIE WHITE is elated to return to VSC for the second year as a part of the Ensemble.
A native of Chesapeake, VA and a graduate of The Governor's School for the Arts, she received her
BFA in musical theater from Howard University in Washington, DC. She has been seen in various
shows such as Mystery Sideshow: History's Mysteries Revealed, Company, Oedipus Rex,
The Bluest Eye
, and Working. She was a 2009-2010 intern with The Shakespeare Theatre in

Washington, DC and has served on the production team for various shows throughout DC and the
Metropolitan Area. Thanks be to God.
